BOSTON -- A District Court judge has granted three more voluntary motions to dismiss defendants who unsuccessfully appealed an admissibility dispute to the U.S. Supreme Court. Milward v. Acuity Specialty Products Group Inc., No. 1:07-11944 (D. Mass.).

In electronic orders entered on the docket on May 15, 21 and 30, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted motions to dismiss NCH Corporation Inc., Chemsearch Division, Reckitt Benckiser LLC (as successor to Boyle-Midway Inc.), and Sunnyside Corp.

In their 2007 complaint, the Milwards allege that Brian Milward's work as a refrigeration technician exposed him to benzene-containing products. They …
