Roundup MDL Court Circulates Draft of Proposed Plaintiff Fact Sheet; Parties Weigh in With Changes

SAN FRANCISCO –– The judge overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for Roundup personal injury claims has circulated a draft of a plaintiff fact sheet, days after both the plaintiffs and Monsanto weighed in with proposed changes and additions to the document.

In their Sept. 20 response filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the plaintiffs argued that the personal medical history section continued to be “too broad and seeks information that is irrelevant to the claims in this case.”
