Roundup MDL Judge Seeks Information on Fact Sheets, Bellwether Trials for Next Case Management Conference

SAN FRANCISCO –– The judge overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for Roundup personal injury claims has proposed questions relating to leadership structure, fact sheets, and bellwether trials in the wake of his decision rejecting Daubert challenges to general causation.
