BUFFALO, N.Y. –– Parties involved in a chemical exposure lawsuit have filed a stipulation with the federal court overseeing the case, outlining protocols for handling tissue samples and pathology slides.

In the June 22 stipulation, the parties stated told the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York that they have agreed that the pathology slides of the plaintiff are unique because no duplicates exist.

The underlying complaint involved claims brought by plaintiffs James H. and Deborah J. Sarkees, who contended that James’ employment with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in the 1970s exposed to the …
