Roundup MDL Parties Outline Differences on Questioning Format for Upcoming Daubert Hearing

SAN FRANCISCO –– The parties involved in the national multidistrict litigation docket for Roundup personal injury claims have submitted a letter to the MDL Court outlining their different positions on the format for questioning in an upcoming Daubert hearing.
In a Feb. 5 letter, counsel for the plaintiffs informed the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California that the parties had been unable to reach an agreement on the schedule for the presentation of the witnesses at the Daubert hearing scheduled for the week of March 5.
