PHILADELPHIA –– The parties in a benzene case scheduled for trial later this month have exchanged in limine briefing, with the defendants in part challenging the plaintiffs’ efforts to present a claim for punitive damages to the jury.
The in limine briefs were filed the first week of January in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. Trial is currently scheduled to begin Jan. 19, sources told HarrisMartin.
