PHILADELPHIA –– Plaintiffs in a Pennsylvania benzene lawsuit have opposed a recent summary judgment motion, maintaining that they have proffered enough evidence to overcome the defendant’s efforts to have the claims dismissed.

In a Dec. 7 response filed in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, the plaintiffs noted that not only have they presented enough evidence to establish product identification, but they have submitted expert testimony opining that the plaintiff’s exposure to the defendant’s solvents were “intense, frequent, and proximate.”
