ATLANTA –– The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has denied the pro hac vice application of a plaintiff appealing the dismissal of his Camp Lejeune water contamination claims, saying his application for admission to the bar was denied.
Plaintiff Andrew Straw has since filed an Oct. 16 motion with the 11th Circuit to reconsider what he said was an “irrationally hostile order.”
The appeal involves claims asserted by former residents of the U.S. Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base, at which the plaintiffs argued extensive water contamination occurred.
