Parties Submit Status Report in C-8 MDL Docket, Appoint Lien Administrator

CINCINNATI –– The parties involved in the multidistrict litigation docket relating to C-8 water contamination personal injury claims have filed a joint status report in the wake of a global settlement, indicating that the Master Settlement Agreement has been signed and executed by all parties.

According to the Aug. 7 status report filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the parties have also worked with the court-appointed lien administrator, Providio LLC, to “determine, negotiate, and resolve any governmental and/or private medical liens relating to the claims of the settling plaintiffs….”
