SAN FRANCISCO –– Monsanto is supporting a motion for emergency relief filed in the national coordinated docket for Roundup personal injury claims, maintaining that plaintiffs’ counsel understood the court’s prior rulings on confidentiality designations and “simply chose to disregard them.”
The Aug. 7 reply brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California was in a response to an opposition in which counsel for the plaintiffs maintained that the defendant waived its right to challenge the designation of certain documents.
