PHILADELPHIA –– A new benzene complaint has been filed in Pennsylvania state court in which the plaintiffs alleged that work around benzene-containing gasoline products caused the development of AML.
The complaint was filed July 12 in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County.
Mark and Kimberly Cole asserted the underlying claims, contending that Mark’s work with benzene-containing products while working at a number of automotive companies caused him to develop Acute Myelogenous Leukemia.
