CINCINNATI –– The 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has dismissed the appeal of a C-8 water contamination personal injury verdict, granting the parties’ joint motion to dismiss in light of a global settlement agreement.
The appellate court issued the order dismissing the case on May 30.
The parties had filed a three-page joint motion to dismiss the appeal, noting that they have agreed that “each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees.”
