Parties Involved in Appeal of $1.6 Million C-8 Exposure Suit File Joint Motion to Dismiss

CINCINNATI –– The parties involved in the appeal of a $1.6 million verdict reached at the conclusion of the first bellwether C-8 water contamination personal injury trial have filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal, according to recent court filings.

In a three-page joint motion to dismiss filed with the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the parties noted that they have agreed that “each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees.”
