PHILADELPHIA –– Parties involved in an upcoming benzene trial have exchanged briefing on a number of in limine motions, including one seeking to preclude testimony referring to specific products with the plaintiffs maintaining that reference to the defendant’s product is “highly relevant.”
Sources told HarrisMartin that trial in the matter is scheduled to begin April 28 in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County.
