Roundup MDL Judge Orders Former EPA Employee to Answer Questions Regarding Post-Employment Work

SAN FRANCISCO –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for personal injury claims allegedly related to the use of Monsanto’s Roundup product has ordered a former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency employee to order questions about the identities of companies for which he has done consulting work since leaving the EPA.

In Pretrial Order No. 19, issued April 24, the Hon. Vince Chhabria of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California further stated that Jess Rowland must also answer questions “eliciting a very general description of the projects he has worked on.”
