Multi-Plaintiff Roundup Complaint Filed Against Monsanto in California State Court

OAKLAND, Calif. –– A multi-plaintiff Roundup complaint has been filed against Monsanto in California state court, with the plaintiffs contending that exposure to glyphosate caused them to develop non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The plaintiffs filed their lawsuit in the California Superior Court for Alameda County on March 17.
The plaintiffs contended, in part, that they were exposed to Roundup and/or other Monsanto glyphosate-containing products. A number of the plaintiffs said they have been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, according to the lawsuit.
