Roundup MDL Judge Releases Pretrial Order on Applicability of EPA, IARC Documents

SAN FRANCISCO – The court overseeing the national coordinated docket for Roundup personal injury claims has released a pretrial order in which it outlined the role of certain EPA and IARC documents relating to the litigation and weighed in on the scope of deposition of an EPA employee.

On March 13, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California issued Pretrial Order No. 15, in which it addressed “several disputes regarding discovery and several disputes regarding Monsanto’s ability to keep certain documents under seal.”
