ATLANTA –– The federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation docket for claims relating to alleged water contamination at the Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base has dismissed all remaining claims, applying the 11th Circuit’s binding precedent in Bryant and dismissing the claims as barred by the ten-year statute of repose under North Carolina law.
