Ohio Judge Denies Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law in Ongoing C-8 Personal Injury Trial

CINCINNATI –– The court overseeing the ongoing personal injury C-8 trial has denied DuPont’s motion for judgment as a matter of law on the plaintiff’s claims, according to the civil minutes entered in the court’s docket.

According to the Dec. 6 civil minutes entered by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the parties argued the Rule 50 motion earlier that day and the court later denied the motion.
