ATLANTA –– A plaintiff appearing pro se in the coordinated docket for federal claims relating to the alleged contamination of drinking water at the Camp Lejeune military base has filed a verified declaration, in which he explained that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has updated its website on the base, allegedly stating that 48,000 pounds of VOCs were removed from the site in 2003 and 2004.
