C-8 MDL Court Schedules 10 Trials in 4 Different Locations Before 10 Different Judges

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for C-8 personal injury claims has scheduled 10 cases for trial through July 2017 before 10 different judges in four different locations.

In the Oct. 18 order, MDL Judge of the Edmund A. Sargus Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio effectively rejected DuPont’s opposition to the court’s plan to transfer some of the cases to other locations within the district for trial.
