CINCINNATI –– The 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has scheduled oral arguments in order to address the appeal of a $1.6 million verdict reached at the conclusion of the first bellwether C-8 water contamination personal injury trial.
In an Oct. 21 notice of oral argument, the 6th Circuit scheduled the dispute for oral argument on Friday, Dec. 9, before a three-judge panel in Cincinnati.
