Roundup MDL Court Sets Initial Case Management Conference; Seeks Applications for Lead Counsel

SAN FRANCISCO –– The court recently selected to oversee the national coordinated docket for claims relating to Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide has scheduled its initial case management conference for Nov. 9, according to a recent pretrial order.

In Pretrial Order No. 1, issued on Oct. 6, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California additionally asked attorneys who wish to be lead counsel in the litigation to submit individual applications by Oct. 20.
