Pair of Benzene Complaints Removed to Oklahoma Federal Court; Defendants Cite Diversity Jurisdiction

OKLAHOMA CITY –– Defendants named in two Oklahoma benzene suits have removed the actions to federal court, saying that the lone remaining non-diverse defendant named in the action have been voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiffs.

The defendants removed the pair of complaints to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on Sept. 1.
