ST. LOUIS –– The 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals is set to weigh in on a dispute involving jurisdiction in a PCBs exposure suit, docketing the case in the last few weeks.

The federal appellate court received the case on Aug. 3, but declined to issue a briefing schedule, noting that a motion to consolidate the appeal with a similar case is pending.
