JPML Schedules Roundup MDL Motion for September Hearing in DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation will hear arguments relating to the creation of a multidistrict litigation docket for personal injury claims related to exposure to glyphosate in Monsanto’s Roundup product, according to a recent notice.

The panel set the pending motion for its Sept. 29 hearing at the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse at 9:30 a.m.
