Roundup Plaintiffs Respond to Motion to Create MDL, Suggest California is More Appropriate Destination for Claims

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Plaintiffs with claims pending against Monsanto for its allegedly harmful Roundup product have responded to recent efforts to create a multidistrict litigation docket, saying that while they do not oppose transfer to the Southern District of Illinois, as the petitioning plaintiffs suggested, they believe centralization in the Central District of California is more appropriate.
