Ohio Court Issues Scheduling Orders in 3rd and 4th Cases to be Tried in C-8 Water Contamination Coordinated Docket

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The Ohio federal court overseeing the coordinated docket for C-8 personal injury claims has issued scheduling orders in the next cases to proceed to trial in the multidistrict litigation.
According to the separate orders issued July 19 and July 22, the third case to proceed to trial will involve claims asserted by Kenneth Vigneron; the fourth case scheduled for trial is brought by Larry Ogle Moody.
Vigneron’s trial is slated to begin Nov. 14, with all motions for summary judgment due by Sept. 9.
