NEW ORLEANS –– Defendants involved in the appeal of an order dismissing a benzene case involving the spontaneous abortion and delivery of a stillborn child have filed their appellate brief backing the District Court’s dismissal order, opining that the plaintiff’s experts have failed to isolate specific chemicals at issue in quantifiable levels.
