CLEVELAND –– Plaintiffs whose C-8 personal injury claims are scheduled to be heard by a jury next have opposed DuPont’s motion to reconsider an earlier motion to bifurcate the MDL trials, saying that every argument in the motion has previously been considered, and rejected, by the court.
