Group of Farmers File Roundup Lawsuit in Nebraska Federal Court

OMAHA, Neb. –– A number of Nebraska farmers have filed a Roundup exposure complaint in federal court, contending that their use of Monsanto’s product caused them to develop non-Hodgkin’s lyphoma.
The lawsuit was filed on May 11 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
In it, plaintiffs Larry E. Domina, Frank Pollard, Robert L. Dickey and Royce D. Janzen asserted the claims, contending that their use of Roundup caused them to develop non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma; Domina, Dickey and Janzen contended they used the product while working as farmers throughout Nebraska, while Pollard said he encountered the harmful product …
