CLEVELAND –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for claims arising out of alleged exposure to C-8 has issued orders denying defense efforts to throw out testimony and claims in the next case scheduled for trial.
In a series of orders issued April 29, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio denied DuPont’s motions to exclude the testimony of the plaintiff’s specific causation expert, for summary judgment on specific causation, and to dismiss the claim for punitive damages.
