Monsanto Moves to Transfer Venue in Roundup Suit; Plaintiff Says Court Should Rule on Motion to Remand First

SAN FRANCISCO –– A Roundup plaintiff has backed his decision to pursue his claims in the district of his choice, saying that the court should deny a recent motion to transfer venue, especially in light of the fact that the court has yet to rule on the plaintiff’s motion to remand.
