DuPont Files Notice of Appeal in C-8 Case that Ended in $1.6 Million Verdict

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– DuPont has filed a motion to appeal in a C-8 exposure personal injury case that ended in a $1.6 million verdict, saying that it wishes to contest all prior non-final orders and the court’s order denying the defendant’s renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law.

The notice of appeal was filed on March 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Notices of appearances have since been entered in the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. [Bartlett; No. 16-3310].
