LOS ANGELES –– Parties in a benzene suit brought by the family of a former printer are preparing for trial and have exchanged briefing on a number of admissibility issues, according to a recent notice issued by a California court.
In a March 22 notice, the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County said that parties are scheduled to appear on April 6 at 8:30 a.m. before Judge Rita Miller. Sources told HarrisMartin that a trial judge is expected to be assigned to the case at the hearing.
