LOS ANGELES –– The widow of a former fruit farmer has filed a lawsuit against Monsanto Co., contending that exposure to the glyphosate in the company’s Roundup product caused her husband, and dog, to develop lymphoma.
In the March 9 complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the plaintiffs argued that the decedent died just three months after his diagnosis.
