Parties Involved in Next C-8 Exposure Case Set for Trial Reach Settlement

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The parties involved in a C-8 personal injury exposure suit slated to begin trial on March 21 have reached a settlement agreement, according to documents recently filed with the federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket.
In a Feb. 25 online docket entry, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio stated that a resolution was reached in the case brought by John M. Wolf and, as such, the dates scheduled in relation to his trial have been cancelled.
