ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri federal court has reset a talcum powder ovarian cancer lawsuit for trial in July, asking the parties to file in limine motions 10 days before the new trial date.
In the Feb. 18 order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri canceled a March 3 final pretrial conference and said that all recent trial briefing filed by the parties should be re-filed in accordance with the new date.
