ATLANTA -- A pro se plaintiff with claims pending in the Camp Lejeune water contamination multidistrict litigation docket has opposed the United States' recent motion to dismiss, arguing that his case is not “hopeless.”
In the Feb. 22 opposition brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, plaintiff James Nathaniel Douse maintained that “there are grounds for a claim upon which relief can be granted for bodily injuries and property damage.”
