Missouri Federal Court Weighs in on In Limine Motions in TCE Exposure Suit

KANSAS CITY, Mo. –– A Missouri court has issued rulings on in limine motions in a trichloroethylene exposure suit, in part rejecting the plaintiff’s attempts to preclude evidence from more than 10 witnesses and from the defendants’ corporate representatives.

In separate Feb. 12 orders, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri weighed in on a number of pending motions, including those filed by defendants seeking the exclusion of evidence relating to an ongoing study on trichloroethylene (TCE) exposure.
