3 New Roundup Complaints Filed in Hawaii, California Courts; Allege Exposure to Glyphosate Caused non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

SAN FRANCISCO –– A number of personal injury cases have been filed recently alleging injuries associated with exposure to glyphosate in Monsanto’s Roundup, joining other pending cases and what one plaintiff called “similarly situated victims across the country.”
The three complaints were filed in recent months in federal court in Hawaii and the Northern and Central Districts of California and all alleged that exposure to the herbicide caused them to develop non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
