C-8 Plaintiff Moves for Clarification on Ability to Present Evidence of ‘Fear of Developing Future Disease’ Testimony

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– A plaintiff with claims pending in the national coordinated docket for C-8 personal injury litigation has moved for clarification on the issue of whether he is permitted to present testimony or evidence relating to his fear of developing diseases that were found to be linked to C-8 exposure.

In a Jan. 11 motion for clarification filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, plaintiff John Wolf said that he should be allowed to offer such testimony in accordance with the Leach class action settlement agreement.
