SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico –– The remaining parties involved in a Puero Rican benzene exposure suit have reached a settlement agreement, according to a recent notice filed with the federal court.
In a Jan. 15 notice of confidential settlement filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the plaintiffs said that they and Safety-Kleen Systems Inc. have “agreed to put an end to plaintiffs’ claims against Safety-Kleen Systems Inc.”
