Ohio Court Schedules 4 Upcoming Trials C-8 Exposure Personal Injury MDL Docket

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for C-8 personal injury claims has released a series of orders scheduling the next four cases for trial, the first of which is expected to proceed before a jury in March.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio’s orders came in the wake of a $1.6 million verdict at the conclusion of the first case to proceed to trial. For more on the verdict, and post-trial motions, see the related story in this issue.
