TRENTON, N.J. –– A multi-county litigation designation has been assigned to claims involving talc-based body powder products used for feminine hygiene purposes, according to a recent notice.
In a Nov. 25 notice to the bar, Glenn A. Grant, the Acting Administrative Director of the Courts, assigned the litigation to Atlantic County for centralized case management before Judges Julio L. Mendez and Nelson C. Johnson.
