PHOENIX -- The benzene claims of a 32-year-old former fuel truck driver are being tried in Arizona state court, sources have confirmed to HarrisMartin Publishing. Zendejas, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. CV 2007-005399 (Ariz. Super. Ct., Maricopa Cty.).
The trial began Nov. 2 in the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County and is expected to last until the week of Nov. 23, sources said.
The lawsuit was brought by Raul and Araceli Zendejas, who allege that Raul Zendejas' job at a McNeece Bros. Oil Co. (MBO) bulk gasoline terminal from 2001 to 2006 required him …
