CLEVELAND –– An Ohio federal court overseeing the coordinated C-8 exposure personal injury coordinated docket has granted in part a motion to preclude the testimony of a defense expert, saying there was no factual dispute.
In the Sept. 14 order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio said that the expert cannot testify that C-8 exposure has not been found to cause kidney cancer.
