8th Circuit Court of Appeals Places Benzene-Related Insurance Debate on Oct. Calendar

ST. LOUIS –– The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit will hear arguments relating to a benzene-related insurance dispute on Oct. 19, according to a recent docket entry.
The docket entry stated that the appeal will be heard by Judges William Jay Riley, Lavenski R. Smith and Bobby E. Shepherd in Division 1.
In its recent appellate brief, appellee Continental Casualty Co. maintained that the federal court correctly found that a co-insurer was required to defend Valspar under issued policies.
