DAVENPORT, Iowa –– Plaintiffs asserting benzene claims in Iowa have filed a supplemental response opposing recent summary judgment efforts, maintaining that an affidavit proffered by the defendants in support of their motion is “lacking.”
In the Aug. 10 brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, the plaintiffs said John Franks never spoke to anyone that reviewed the books and records of the Clinton Complex, where the plaintiff worked and was allegedly exposed.
