NEW ORLEANS –– Plaintiffs with benzene claims pending in Louisiana have opposed a recent summary judgment motion, arguing that the issues raised by the defendants are those that were previously raised in in limine motions attacking the admissibility of plaintiff experts.

In a June 9 opposition filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the plaintiffs maintained that the remaining disputes between the two parties’ experts are those that a jury should decide.
